How we protect your data
Your retirement numbers are some of the most personal information you have. Here's exactly where they're kept, who can see them, and what we will never do with them.
- Sell or share your data
- Use it for advertising
- Use it to train AI models
- Ask for your bank or brokerage logins
Where your data lives
When you create an account, your models are saved in our database, hosted by Supabase on Amazon Web Services in the United States. They're encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and encrypted at rest.
You can also try Corvana Studio without an account. In guest mode everything stays in your browser, and your numbers aren't sent to us at all.
Who can see your models
Only you
Database rules let each account read only its own models.
People you choose
A partner or financial professional sees a model only when you share it, view-only or with editing, and you can stop sharing anytime.
Support, only if you ask
Our support team can see a model only if you grant view-only access from the Support page. You choose how long it lasts (up to 90 days) and can end it anytime.
Sign-in protection
- Two-factor sign-in: add a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (Account page → Security). We email you whenever it's turned on or off.
- Sign in with Google: if you prefer, so there's no separate password to manage.
- Automatic sign-out after a period of inactivity, which you can set (15 minutes by default).
The optimizer
When you run the optimizer, your model is sent over an encrypted connection to our compute service. It never saves your model; results are kept only for a few minutes so the app can collect them.
Payments
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and never reaches us.
You stay in control
- Download everything from your Account page, at any time.
- Restore earlier versions of a model from Version History.
- Delete your account and all your data from your Account page. It's permanent.
